The blessing and launching of CSU-Gonzaga’s Bamboo Village and Bamboo Café last December 4 was indeed a milestone and a celebration of the realization of a visionary project that combines sustainability, innovation and community spirit.

Without the assistance of our partners and leaders, this achievement would not have been possible.

The CSU-Gonzaga community headed by Dr. Froilan A. Pacris, Jr., extends its gratitude to the University President, Dr. Urdujah G. Alvarado for being an inspiration and a beacon of environmental responsibility. We also thank the Campus Executive Officers of the different satellite campuses for their all-out support. To the University Information Officer, Prof. Ana Marie Cauilan, for her leadership and commitment in making this initiative realized. To the strong support of the Local Chief Executive of Gonzaga Honorable Marilyn Pentecostes and the whole LGU-Gonzaga family and to the Local Chief Executive of Sta. Teresita Honorable Rodrigo De Gracia who was represented by Sir Alvin Atinaja, the tourism officer, for their statement of support.

This unwavering support is not just a testament to the strength of collaboration, but also a powerful declaration of solidarity, echoing our shared values and dedication in making a meaningful impact.

Together, we invite you to witness a simple presentation commemorating the ceremonial ribbon cutting, blessing and launching of CSU-Gonzaga’s Bamboo Village and Bamboo Café as major components of the campus’s Bamboo Sanctuary.
