The College of Criminal Justice Education in partnership with the Campus Extension Office, Philippine National Police Gonzaga, Bureau of Fire Protection, Municipal Risk Reduction Management Office of Gonzaga, CAMBASSS Agrarian Reform Cooperative members of Cabiraoan, ROTC, and 4th year CCJE student leaders, conducted a tree planting activity at the Baua Water Shed area today, December 9, 2022.

This is one of the components of the Extension Program of CCJE entitled, PROPEACE which centers on promoting peace engagements and community empowerment. Once again, the college with its partners planted Bamboo Seedlings in Baua Water Shed in Gonzaga to help sustain the ecosystem in the place.

In order to promote the benefits of Bamboo in battling Global Warming and reducing erosion, it was chosen to be planted in the area.
