PESO PG Cagayan orients SPAS scholars of CSU Gonzaga

Members of the Public Employment Services Office (PESO) of the Provincial Government of Cagayan conducted an orientation to scholars of the Special Program for Assistance to Students (SPAS) in CSU-Gonzaga on April 20, 2023 at the Conference Hall, Admin building.

In the meeting, Ms. Mylene Peralta, the head of the PESO team, gave a brief background of the scholarship, requirements and guidelines to be followed by the recipients of the program.
Ms. Peralta urged the scholars to excel despite the no-maintaining-grade policy. They should not only aim to pass but to do better in their courses. She also added that the scholarship will require them to be involved in office and field works in the campus for a certain number of hours. Through this, the recipients are able to acquired actual experience for their future employment.

On behalf of the CEO, the Campus Student Welfare and Development coordinator, Prof. Florina Gonzales, thanked the members of PESO PG, Cagayan for their presence and for the information shared.
