Indeed, the accomplishments of the faculty members and students of the College of Hospitality Management have brought pride and joy to the whole CSU-Gonzaga community as they again proved their supremacy in various skills competitions during the ‘Raniag ti CSU’ celebration on December 13, 2023.
Among the different competing campuses of CSU, the CHM delegates from the Gonzaga campus were adjudged champion in Christmas Entrée and Events Creation competitions. The team also won 3rd in Coffee Concoction competition.
With the leadership of the college dean, Prof. Mae Angelica Sinco, the team was able to nail the contests despite short period of preparation.
The winning teams were composed of: Prof. Rhea Divina Yagin, Larra Suetos and JB Patubo for the Christmas Entrée competition; Prof. Richard Siccuan, Bong Bañez, Joanne Pescador, Claire Ann Domingo, Jayrome Suboc, Raffy Pailano and Larry Agno for the Events Creation competition; and Prof. Jaenexzey Jean Seguirre, Jenneth Vergara and Kris Ann Cabais for Coffee Concoction.
