Transparency, Accountability and Excellence- these words sum up the intention of the campus in directing this year’s Performance and Management Cum Catch-up Planning Workshop and Orientation held last September 19, 2022 at the CICS Conference Hall.\r\n\r\n Through the leadership of the Campus Executive Officer, Dr. Froilan A. Pacris, Jr. and the Campus Planning officer, Dr. Jay Omotoy, a comprehensive discussion was done on the new Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) and the 2023 SUC Levelling guidelines and targets by the University.\r\n\r\n The activity was attended by campus designated officials, faculty members and heads of offices.\r\n Further, a re-echoing on the optimization of resources through planning, budgeting and procurement for continual improvements was initiated by the Budget and Accounting offices in order to address concerns and facilitate a faster and better processing of Purchase Requests. \r\n\r\n Also, College Deans, Head of Offices and Designated officials reported their accomplishments on the set targets in the SUC Levelling and provided catch-up plans to meet the remaining targets unaccomplished. The forum also paved way to air some concerns that require urgent action.\r\n\r\nPhoto credit: Prof. Rhey Jhune Cacao
