ROTC Gonzaga passes RAATI 2023
With total points of 245/300 in the administration area, the ROTC Gonzaga Unit passed the 2023 Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) held on June 25 at CSU-Gonzaga.
RAATI is an annual inspection of different ROTC units in the country. The inspection is done to monitor compliance of the different units in administrative aspect, school support and participation and performances in drills, ceremonies, fire arms handling and other technical skills relative to ROTC training. This year in Gonzaga, only the administrative aspects were visited.
At present, the ROTC unit of Gonzaga has 194 Cadets, 38 advanced and 4 GMAs manned by TSgt Jenipher Vega, Tactical NCO, and the Corps Commander C/Col Leandro M. Samut, a 3rd year BS Criminology student.
The inspection team was composed of MAJ Ian Michael D. Hamid (INF) PA, the Vice Chairman and head of the team; SSg Ronald P. Pagayatan (AGS) PA, Sgt Jayson J. Bartolome (INF) PA, SSg Jacky C. Agbunag (INF) PA and Sgt Michael M Mamauag (INF) PA.
The comments and suggestions of the inspection team were discussed to the ROTC coordinator of the campus and the dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education, Dr. Emily P. Garcia and to the CEO of the campus, Dr. Froilan Pacris, Jr., for action.
