With the upcoming ISO internal audit of CSU-Gonzaga, heads of offices started to put their processes and evidences together. To ensure that documents follow proper coding and format, the University ISO team led the mentoring session on September 8, 2023 in the campus conference hall.
Invited as resource speakers and critics were Mr. John Paul T. Bajados, Document Control Officer; and Mr. Ronald Bautista, Risk-Based Thinking Officer of the university.
In the proceedings, the speakers checked whether all processes were submitted for enrollment and guided the employees on proper coding of documents, OMP packaging and control of Documented Information.
