Staff of Apayao State College headed by Prof. Maria Christina Z. Manicad, Director for Research, Development and Special Projects, visited CSU-Gonzaga on May 2, 2024 to discuss collaboration with CSU in conducting capacity building on S&T Pineapple Production.
Initially, the Extension Office headed by Dr. Charisma Vivit, requested the expertise of Apayao State College to discuss the procedure in Pineapple Fiber Production to the different Pineapple Growers in Gonzaga.
The team likewise visited the TVET facilities of the campus and entered into Memorandum of Agreement on the procurement of bamboo propagules.
