The University Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Office under the leadership of Mr. Ramon Henry O. Kanapi visited CSU-Gonzaga, together with the Planning Officers of CSU-Carig, Prof. Rio Averil Pamittan and CSU-Aparri, Dr. Angelita Rabanal, on March 15, 2023.
They cascaded updates on SPMS Implementation and Review Framework. The group likewise looked into samples of OPCR and IPCR made by faculty and staff in the campus, and provided suggestions to improve them in congruence with the current targets of the university.
It was reiterated in the discussion led by the University Planning Office that all members in the academe play important contributions in making the targets of the University realized. It is necessary that faculty members and personnel identify their targets according to their core functions, strategic priorities and support functions relevant to the key positions/designations they perform in the campus.
As output, all regular faculty members and personnel are required to submit their targets for January-June, 2023 this March.
