As the research landscape evolves, the demand for quality and ethically sound researches is definite. In response to the growing need of researchers to enhance their skills and understanding of the key areas in research, a training in crafting research proposals, understanding research design and ethics was conducted in CSU-Gonzaga on November 17 by the Research, Development and Extension office of the campus.
The training was attended by faculty members of the different colleges and select students. The training was designed not only for theoretical exploration but as a hands-on, interactive experience that aims to empower the participants to elevate the quality of their research proposals.
Making the goals of the training realized, Dr. Ma. Nilda Muňoz, a DOST Balik Scientist and CSU MABRIC Consultant, was invited as resource speaker who made a discussion on research design, processes in writing research proposal and research ethics.
The CEO of the Gonzaga campus, Dr. Froilan A. Pacris, Jr. welcomed Dr. Muňoz and the participants and commended the initiative of the RDE office in spearheading the training.
Following the training are series of projects aligned in collaboration with Dr. Muňoz.
