The campus conducted its Operational Planning activity on April 7 at the MABRIC Conference Hall, bringing together key academic and administrative leaders to align targets, programs, and strategic directions for the year.
The initiative, led by the Campus Planning Office under Mr. Scott Louie Pasion, Campus Planning Officer, aimed to ensure a unified approach in achieving institutional goals and improving campus performance. Deans from the various colleges, along with heads of offices and units, actively participated in the planning session.
During the activity, participants reviewed current programs, assessed performance indicators, and discussed priority initiatives to be implemented throughout the year. The collaborative effort highlighted the importance of coordination and shared responsibility among different sectors of the campus.
The Operational Planning is expected to serve as a guiding framework for the institution’s initiatives, ensuring that all departments work cohesively toward common objectives and sustained development.
