Fifteen graduates from Cagayan State University–Gonzaga successfully passed the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), based on the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on May 23, 2025.
CSU-Gonzaga’s Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) program achieved an overall passing rate of 66.67% — significantly higher than the national average of approximately 50%. Out of 18 BSEd examinees, 12 passed, with an 83.33% passing rate among first-time takers (5 passers out of 6), and 58.33% for repeaters (7 passers out of 12).
Meanwhile, the Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) program recorded an overall passing rate of 42.86%, with 3 passers out of 7 total examinees. The lone first-time taker passed (100%), while 2 out of 6 repeaters succeeded (33.33%).

The whole faculty members of the College of Teacher Education of CSU-Gonzaga headed by Dr. Romar Banadero, the Dean, expressed pride in the accomplishments of the newly licensed teachers. “These results reflect our commitment to teacher education and academic excellence,” he shared.
