In preparation for the upcoming Internal Audits in September and December, as well as the External Audit scheduled in October, the campus office heads convened for a process alignment meeting on September 9, at the Administration Conference Hall.
During the session, the Heads of the different colleges and offices presented their respective processes in batches. The activity aimed to review and revise existing procedures, ensuring that all campus processes are consistent, streamlined, and free from conflicts. This initiative is part of the institution’s continuing effort to uphold quality standards and readiness for accreditation and audit evaluations.
Ms. Ivy Claire Anular, the Document Control Officer, presented the updated request form and process matrix. She also issued reminders on the required documentation and forms that must be completed before the audits. These measures are designed to enhance compliance and improve efficiency in campus operations.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Mary May Baclig, the Campus Administrative Officer, underscored the importance of cooperation and active participation among all departments. She encouraged attendees to work collaboratively in aligning their processes, emphasizing that unity and diligence are key to ensuring the success of both internal and external audit preparations.
The meeting concluded with an open discussion, where the attendees actively brainstormed possible revisions and improvements to strengthen process alignment across the campus.
