The Cagayan State University–Gonzaga conducted its Midyear Performance Review for 2026 on July 2 at the MABRIC Conference Hall, bringing together academic and administrative leaders to assess the campus's accomplishments during the first half of the year.
The activity was spearheaded by the Campus Planning Office under the leadership of Planning Officer Mr. Scott Louie Passion. The review served as a venue for colleges and offices to present their accomplishments, evaluate the implementation of programs and projects, identify operational challenges, and discuss strategies to improve institutional performance.
Representing Campus Executive Officer Dr. Froilan A. Pacris Jr., Campus Secretary and Chief of Staff Mrs. Mary May Baclig delivered the opening message, emphasizing the importance of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in achieving the university's strategic goals. She encouraged all offices to sustain their commitment to quality service and excellence as the campus continues to respond to the evolving needs of its stakeholders.
The performance review also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange insights, share best practices, and formulate action plans aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and ensuring the timely delivery of programs and services for the remainder of 2026.
