In a collaborative effort to enhance campus operations and align institutional goals, the Office Heads formally presented their respective action plans on September 4, 2025, at the Administrative Building Conference Hall.
The activity was attended by the Campus Executive Officer, heads of various offices, and other designated officials, who actively engaged in brainstorming, critiquing, and sharing inputs to refine and enhance the proposed initiatives. The event highlighted the importance of collective planning and teamwork in ensuring the continued growth and efficiency of campus services.
Campus Executive Officer Dr. Froilan A. Pacris, Jr. delivered an inspiring message, encouraging the participants to remain committed to innovation and collaboration. He emphasized that the presentation of action plans serves not only as a roadmap for achieving institutional targets but also as a platform to strengthen unity among leaders.
As the campus faces various challenges in the current school year, these plans play a vital role in aligning strategies across offices and ensuring that clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and collaborative approaches guide all campus operations.
