Cagayan State University-Gonzaga conducted the 2026 Campus Internal Audit on August 25–26, 2026, as part of its quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
The activity was initiated by the Campus ISO Office, headed by its coordinator, Mr. Jun Clifford M. Mape, and was participated in by the campus internal auditors and process owners.
During the opening of the activity, Dr. Jay F. Omotoy, Lead Auditor, introduced the campus internal auditors, discussed the significance of internal audit in the effective implementation of campus operations and the establishment of quality management processes, and provided an overview of the activity.
The auditors reviewed the implementation of processes and assessed compliance with established procedures and quality standards.
Audit findings and observations were later presented to the process owners to ensure proper understanding of the results and facilitate the necessary corrective actions and improvements in campus operations.
