In celebration of the 46th wonderful years of CSU, the Gonzaga campus takes pride with all its accomplishments including the production of different products showcasing the campus niche. The products are research-based, nutrient dense and are currently produced and developed in the campus with its food production laboratories and innovation centers.
Among the products that are displayed now in the CSUG booth are Bamboo seedlings, BamCoal (Bamboo Charcoal), Bamboo Hut, Bamboo chips and cookies, Bamboo mugs, tumbler, notes and other bamboo product. The campus also sells lakatan seedlings, potting mix, golden rice, pineapple products, processed meat products, spices, fruit candies, Nipa and Pineapple vinegar, Tangimas and others.
Come one, come all! Visit the CSUG booth situated in the CSU-Carig campus Sarabo 2024 area. The products are available for selling until June 14, 2024.
