TESDA auditors from Isabela School of Arts and Trade declared CSU-Gonzaga TVET office compliant as an accredited assessment center for Bookkeeping NC III, Pest Management (Vegetables) NC II, Animal Production (Swine) NC II, and Grains Production NC II after the inspection conducted on September 26.
The audit, conducted by Ms. Bhenylda Gonzales, Mr. Rodelio Tinaza, and Ms. Alma Herminia Torres, focused on several critical areas. These included the organizational structure of the TVET office, its machineries and equipment, financial statements, other operational checklists, and CCTV recordings of assessments previously conducted.
Dr. Vincent Jim Palor, the Campus TVET Coordinator, led the presentation of the TVET center’s history and accomplishments. He highlighted the number of registered assessment centers and programs, NTTC holders, and certified competency assessors. Dr. Palor also discussed the campus’ training and assessment procedures, income generated by the TVET program, research funding, and other relevant details.
The inspection also included an ocular inspection of the newly constructed TVET building and its tools and equipment. This compliance certification secures CSU-Gonzaga’s position as a key player in technical and vocational education and training in the region.
