The College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) of Cagayan State University–Gonzaga proudly achieved a 100% passing rate in the August 2025 Criminologists Licensure Examination (CLE), producing eight new licensed Criminologists, as officially announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on September 12.

Dean of CCJE, Dr. Ohlie Malazzab, extended his congratulations to the successful examinees, emphasizing that their achievement reflects not only their hard work and determination but also the unwavering support of their parents and families.

“This success is a shared triumph. To our passers, you have made us proud. To your parents and families, thank you for walking with them every step of the way. Your sacrifices and encouragement greatly contributed to this victory,” Dr. Malazzab stated.

The dean also acknowledged the support of the Campus Executive Officer, Dr. Froilan A. Pacris, Jr., and the faculty members of the CCJE, whose mentorship and commitment to quality instruction prepared the students to succeed in the board examinations. He added, “This milestone proves that our college continues to produce competent, disciplined, and values-driven criminologists who are ready to serve the community and the nation.”

The newly licensed criminologists are expected to contribute to public safety, law enforcement, and community development, while upholding the competence and values instilled in them by CSU.
