ADVISORY
To all incoming freshmen and transferees. In compliance to RA 10931 the CSU College Admission Test will be administered from
March 14 to June 21, 2022. To be able to take the examination, you are hereby advised to present the following on your scheduled
examination:
1. Vaccination card (indicating that you are fully vaccinated)
2. Any valid ID or school ID or barangay certificate with 1x1 picture
3. Photocopy of ITR/certificate of tax exemption or 4p's ID or Certification from OWWA (For those who have not submitted yet)
4.Bring one pencil with an eraser and ballpen. You are also allowed to bring light snacks.
Only those who have applied online will be allowed to take the examination. The list of applicants with the corresponding dates
of examination will be posted on the website and on the Admission Office's FB page.
DEADLINE OF ONLINE APPLICATION IS ON JUNE 11, 2022.
