The campus is accepting applications for the position of Guidance Counselor 1 with permanent status.
Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing. Please attach the following documents to the application letter and send them to the address on or before August 1, 2026.
Requirements:
1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with a recent ID picture taken within three (3) months prior to the application submission (CSC Form no. 212, revised 2025).
2. Work Experience Sheet (WEC) as an attachment to the Personal Data Sheet (PDS) if there is any previous work experience)
3. Photocopy of relevant training certificates completed within the last five (5) years (if applicable).
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
5. Certified copy of Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) or its equivalent for the last rating period (if applicable); and
6. Proof of Eligibility (photocopy, scanned copy, or site/screen capture).
